Apollo Retail Specialists of Canada Announces New Leadership Team.
Apollo Retail Specialists of Canada is pleased to announce its’ new leadership team.
Based in Toronto, Ontario the team is lead by Kim Cordeiro, Vice-President of Operations.
Cordeiro was most recently President of her own merchandising company, Revive, Inc.
“Beyond numbers, beyond performance and beyond communication, our greatest asset is the
relationship we have built with our customers and vendors.” says Cordeiro. “By joining with
Apollo Retail, we further strengthen our position in Canada as our retail clients’ ‘go to’ s

as the United States and Mexico.”
Joining Cordeiro will be Project Manager Dan Harris, Project Manager Wendi Rau and Resourcing
and Administrative Coordinator Elle Gallagher. Together this team has over 60 years of collective retail experience.

We are pleased to announce that the team from MMI (McBride Merchandising, Inc.) has joined
the DDP Holdings, LLC team effective today.
Mike Sunderland, President of DDP stated, “We are very excited about the
capabilities of our new organization with MMI on board. Our combined team is one
of the largest and most complete new-store and remodel teams in the U.S. We have
always respected MMI, its leadership, and its quality of execution.”

We will maintain the current MMI office in Woodstock, Georgia. Integration of the
organization begins immediately and will continue over the next few months. Look

Announcing Apollo Retail Services
9/10/2009 - Apollo Beach, FL - DDP Holdings, Inc. today announced a new brand name
for its Retail Services Groups, which were formerly known as MI-DE,
CSA, and ionSMART Team.
President/CEO Mike Sunderland stated that the group will be rebranded as Apollo
Retail Specialists, or ARS. The name is "more in line with our service portfolio
which includes a full range of retail services from new store set-up to detailed
merchandising activities," and rolls under a single brand the various acquired companies.
This will assist us in integrating our teams into a single brand name, while keeping
our broad base of services.
Apollo Retail Specialists provides the following services:

- Installation of mill-work, counter-tops, and finish carpentry
- Kiosk installation and store-within-store concepts

Palm Beach Capital committed to investing in retail merchandising
2/24/2009 - Apollo Beach, FL - Palm Beach Capital, invested in DDP Holdings Inc
in 2007 along with Mike Sunderland, the company’s president. Prior to joining DDP
Holdings Inc, Sunderland was President and Chief Operating Officer of Advantage
Sales and marketing. DDP Holdings Inc is a retail service organization founded in
1992 to meet the needs of retailers and vendors.
Several things drew Palm Beach Capital to this investment. First was the leadership
and track record of Mike. He has shown the ability to operate and grow a business
within a well defined strategic plan. Second was the platform that DDP Holdings
Inc provided for a strategic business plan. Prior to becoming part of Palm Beach
Capital, DDP had been a successful retail organization servicing primarily retailers
and with a strong focus on new store services. Scott Long of Palm Beach said “we
felt that with our commitment and Mike’s leadership we could grow the DDP model
on this platform”.
Since acquiring DDP in 2007, Palm Beach has assisted DDP in reaching its platform
growth, both organically and through acquisition.
In 2007, DDP organically built its IonSMART Team, creating a national field merchandising
project team.
In 2008, with the help of Palm Beach, DDP acquired CSA, LLC a strong organization
with strength in resets and project execution.
Later in 2008, DDP acquired NRG, National Retail Group, another leading field merchandising
project team and integrated its operations into IonSMART Team.
Today, DDP Holdings Inc operates three specialized organizations.
Its MI-DE construction division utilizes a team of nearly 500 to provide new store
set up services, racking, shelving, fixture installation, millwork, lighting and
a complete range of in-store completion and remerchandising services.
DDP’s CSA division utilizes its team of over 300 professionals that specialize in
resets, large project execution and display execution.
DDP’s IonSMART Team Inc. is a retail merchandising team focused on retail execution
through cycle coverage and project execution. IonSMART Team uses a team of over
3,000 merchandisers. IonSMART Team also offers merchandiser staffing services to
other field organizations.
